At InvigilatorIQ, we aim to provide clear and fair terms for billing and refunds. This policy explains how refunds are handled.

1. Subscription Services

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
  • You can cancel future renewals at any time in your account settings.
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period.

2. One-Time Purchases / Add-ons

  • Unless stated otherwise at checkout, one-time fees are non-refundable once delivered/activated.

3. Exceptional Circumstances (Discretionary)

  • Duplicate payment due to a system error.
  • Accidental charge caused by a technical fault.
  • Material failure to deliver Services as described (after reasonable troubleshooting).

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact billing@invigilatoriq.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your name, email, invoice/receipt, and reason for the request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Trials, Discounts & Promotions

Trial eligibility and promotional pricing are subject to their specific terms at signup and are generally non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
